PERSONAL TESTIMONIES My name is Victor. I trusted Christ as my personal Lord and Savior on December 3rd 1989. Coming to Christ was a direct result of many of my friends praying for me. As a sophomore at Appalachian State University my life was anything but Christ-like. Those who were close to me knew what was missing in my life. They began to invite me to small group Bible studies that they were having on campus. Shortly thereafter my roommate asked me to go to a youth revival with him. There I heard The Gospel and was challenged to make a decision. During the invitation one of my friends ask me, "Victor, don't you want to go to heaven?" I replied, "I sure do." So down the aisle and to the altar of this Baptist church we went. There I prayed to receive Christ and surrendered my life to Him. I can truly say that I have never been the same.
